Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual who uses the website and platform of ku9v. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any gaming activity, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Account Closure

Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ku9v are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Use only approved payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on the platform.

Approved Payment Methods

ku9v currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for all methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal time: Processing is completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Important Transaction Rules

• The payment method used must be in the same name as registered on the account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are intended for use in legitimate gaming activities only.
• If ku9v considers any transaction suspicious, it has the right to place that transaction on hold and conduct a verification.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). The current wagering requirement is 15 times. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ku9v reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• ku9v may modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

VIP Program

The ku9v VIP program rewards active players. The program has a total of four tiers. Through regular gaming activity, you can gradually advance to higher tiers.

VIP Tiers & Weekly Cashback

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Terms for VIP Benefits

• Cashback is credited directly to the account and separate wagering conditions apply.
• The method for determining VIP tiers is set by ku9v and is subject to change.
• VIP tier may be downgraded in the event of prolonged inactivity.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities
